This Privacy Policy explains how Optimal Blackjack ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed by an independent developer based in the European Union, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our Android application. By signing in and using Optimal Blackjack you agree to the practices described below.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and gameplay statistics are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Aggregate anonymised statistics (not linked to your identity) may be retained for internal analytics.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at blackjackpro.studio@gmail.com. You can also delete your account directly from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently erases all your data. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can find your local authority at edpb.europa.eu. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
Optimal Blackjack is intended for users aged 18 and over. The app simulates casino card games for educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
All data is stored in Firebase Firestore with Google's enterprise-grade security. Access is restricted to authenticated users who can only read and write their own data. We apply security rules at the database level to prevent unauthorised access.
Optimal Blackjack offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases (card deck designs and app themes). All billing is handled by Google Play. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment or card information. Purchase records provided by Google Play are used only to unlock purchased content within the app.
Optimal Blackjack relies on third-party infrastructure including Firebase and Google Play. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of service caused by outages or failures of these platforms, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such events we will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
